BRD Template
Business Requirements Documents (BRD) may be the key to many successful projects but there isn’t a one size fits all approach to BRDs. You should be able to select a BRD that is right for the size of your project. Smaller projects with fewer requirements and shorter timelines can use a BRD that contains fewer details and is easier to produce and read.
I added a BRD template that is good for organizations that want a requirements document but do not require a lot of extra detail.
This lightweight requirements document is designed for small projects with minimal requirements and a short project lifecycle. It is easily customizable for many different projects and requirement types.
